Scripture References: Matthew 17:20, Hebrews 11:1, Proverbs 3:5-6
Introduction:
Good morning, beloved. Today, we gather to talk about faith not just any faith, but the kind of faith that moves mountains. Life is full of uncertainties economic challenges, health struggles, broken relationships, and global instability. Yet, God calls us to trust Him even when the road ahead is unclear.

Jesus tells us in Matthew 17:20, “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

Point 1: Faith Starts Small but Acts Big

  • Faith doesn’t always begin with grand gestures. It starts with trust in the unseen.
  • Like the mustard seed, even the smallest faith, when placed in God’s hands, has tremendous power.
  • Personal example: Sometimes, we doubt if our prayers matter but consistent, small acts of faith produce big results.

Point 2: Faith Requires Trust in God, Not Circumstances

  • Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”
  • Uncertainty often makes us rely on our own strength or understanding. But faith calls us to trust God’s timing and wisdom, even when the situation seems impossible.
  • Example: Biblical characters like Abraham and Joseph trusted God in uncertain times, and their mountains were moved.

Point 3: Faith Acts Boldly in the Midst of Challenges

  • Faith is not passive. It moves, prays, perseveres, and declares God’s promises.
  • Like Joshua at Jericho, our faith can cause walls of fear, doubt, or impossibility to crumble.
  • Action step: Speak God’s Word over your challenges, pray without ceasing, and step out courageously, knowing God is with you.

Conclusion:
Beloved, life will bring uncertainty, but mountains are not immovable for those who trust in God. Start with a small mustard-seed faith today. Trust God fully, act boldly, and watch Him move the impossible in your life.

Closing Scripture: Hebrews 11:6 – “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.”

Call to Action:
Let us pray: Lord, increase our faith, help us trust You in all situations, and move every mountain in our lives according to Your will. Amen.
